낙소 CVD 화학 기상 증착 코팅 서비스는 주로 고경도 절삭 공구, 접착 방지/스탬핑 성형 및 기타 툴링 범주에 중점을 두고 있으며, 낙소 CVD는 단층 또는 다층을 형성하기 위해 TiN, TiCN 및 α-알루미나(Al2O3)를 사용하여 5마이크론에서 20마이크론 두께의 코팅을 증착하고, CVD 증착 공정은 일반적으로 900°C 이상에서 코팅 시간이 10시간이며 고온 저항 기판에만 해당합니다.
