C400 Series Customized vacuum coating system
The C400 Multi-functional Compound PVD Ion Coater is a physical vapor deposition vacuum coating machine for experimental thin film coating with 4 sets (target diameter 160mm) of multi-arc ion source evaporation sources, 2 sets of multi-magnetron sputtering sources, and 1 set of multi-functional evaporation sources (optional).The C400 is capable of mounting a variety of different pure metal or alloy targets simultaneously to coat single and multi-layer thin films on a wide range of industrial products. Applications such as tool coatings and functional coatings: cutting tools, molds, dies, punches and various critical components (on automotive, aerospace, marine, military and other equipment) for the purpose of surface modification (physically, chemically, mechanically, optically, chromatically, etc.).

Based on more than 20 years of continuous operation and improvement, Naxau has developed a plasma etching technology SET and CET. Proper etching of the tool surface to achieve a clean and revitalized interface prior to coating is critical to a successful coating result. Etching requires the removal of surface contaminants such as metal oxides, water vapor, micro-oils and sweat debris. Etching also reactivates the surface and opens up molecular chains to induce ionic bonding during the coating process.
